if you are looking for a good value on this side of the island it's a great choice !!! not big or crowded. lovely staff & although there is only one restaurant buffet the chef does a terrific job and there is so much to see and do in st lucia why sit around eating and drinking all day :) right on the beach and nice pool area

The beach is amazing and the drinks were all so good!! The food on the other hand was very bland and the buffet was pretty much the same everyday! We had a VIP room and it smelled very old and musky. The phones in the room did not work and the lock on our patio door was broken. I will try another hotel on my next visit!

The staff were very friendly and hospitable. The food and drinks were very good. The negatives were that we waited over an hour and a half pass checking time before we were able to get our room. We also had problems with the room in regards to the the low water pressure for the shower and the lack of hot water. However, both issues were resolved by the next day. Overall, the experience was nice. However, a bit more activities later at night would have made our stay even better.

Dated hotel that needs some TLC. Staff around the pool should play music more suitable for guest rather than their own liking. Staff is hit and miss. Some were friendly but some were unfriendly and unhelpful. Cockroach on top door when entering room. Lots of Mould and broken tiles in pool. Probably won’t stay again.

We pay premium for this vacation Do not treat this hotel as all inclusive hotel Third class hotel with untrained and unwilling to work personal. Flies at buffet area, one restaurant that you need to book every day for dinner with limited selection Every day was something wrong: when we arrived bell boy bring us to dirty room that takes them another hour to clean up, another day they just skip cleaning our room an we get new towels only at 7 pm No premium drinks, only cheap local staff. If you really want not to ruin your vacation stay away from this place

The swimming pool area was clean and sanitized the rooms were spacious the bedding had a lump in the middle of the bed but after speaking to the front desk was fixed. The Wifi was spotty and I guess depending on the area you're located your Internet will work mines didn't in my room. The room service closed at 6pm so you had no choice but to to the buffet in which the buffet selection could have been better. The live entertainment was awesome. Also so of the activities on the itinerary didn't happen.
