“The room appeared to be clean until I spilled some water on the floor. I grabbed a towel to clean the water up and the towel was black after cleaning it . The floor was filthy.”

“The first issue was the room key maker wasn’t working so they had to come and let you in your room every time you needed to get in. Super inconvenient both for staff and guests. The room itself was ok served its purpose clean and comfy. The ice machine wasn’t working either. The snack machine was empty. The elevator doesn’t work has a large sign stating out of order so if you can’t climb stairs then it will not be the place for you.”

“I booked to stay for 5 nights and stayed for 1 because it was too late to try to find somewhere else to stay. Our room had no pots or pans, no forks or spoons and no cooking utensils and that was the main reason for me booking there is to be able to cook for my family. The lamp in the bedroom didn't work. The 3rd floor window opened to no screen. The thermostat did not have a fan on button, I prefer that for the noise from neighboring rooms. The smell throughout the hotel just didn't sit right...

“The breakfast was the highlight surprise of my visit..a true buffet breakfast of many options all tasty. The beds r very comfortable and staff excellent, friendly, and helpful. Will definitely return.”

“Very friendly staff and clean rooms”

“Good stay”

“The hotel was clean and staff very friendly. Breakfast was basic but helped start the day. The only suggestion we have was maybe the chair and foot rest in the room could be a bit cleaner. We never had a chance to use the pool but the area looked great.”
