This response indicates a lack of accountability and a misunderstanding of basic customer expectations. The matter was reported during the stay, but no effective resolution was provided. While the physical structure of the hotel is satisfactory, the inconsistency between what is sold and what is delivered, combined with the handling of the situation, significantly impacts the overall experience. Not aligned with the expected standard."
