Do not book through hotels.com

You will pay DOUBLE the price if you book through hotels.com! Room price was around 45dls at the hotel but through this app we had to pay around 80. Not worth it. Hotel is old, rooms get too much outside noises. Our room's light wasn't working, bathroom conditions are very poor.

I reserved online and it said pay at hotel. When I arrived at the hotel they said I didn’t have a reservation because I didn’t post ahead and all rooms were full. I had to find another hotel at the last minute. I’ve never had this problem before when a reservation said pay at hotel. I even put in payment information when I made the reservation with orbitz.

Very basic. Even though I had a reservation they gave me what they said was the only room open. Right next to the front desk and on a busy street. Very noisy. No hot water in the morning so no shower. The desk clerk tried to help to no avail. Said there wasn't another room I could take a shower in. Bed was ok but otherwise very disappointing, especially for the price.

when I booked the room it stated that it was 3 queen size beds and when i got to the room it turn out to be 3 full size beds. also they have the most expensive room at 1,250 pesos which is around 60 dollars. that's the price when you book in person. But on your site I ended up paying 1,850 pesos which is around just short of 100 dollars. so its very disappointing because I have book and purchased plane tickets with you before so I am not sure if I would book with you again because of the info on your site is completely wrong. I sure hope this does not happen to some one else in the future.

Stay away from this Hotel.

This is by far our worst experience in Guadalajara. Since our arrival at the airport I called the hotel for the airport-hotel transportation that it says they have. They don't offer this so I needed to pay a taxi, they even told me by phone the taxi would be expensive. When we arrived to the hotel the room was far from clean, there was hair in the bedsheets and in the bathroom. We also found little geckos in the shower. The light on the bathroom was not working and instead of trying to fix it the only thing they told us was to wait until morning. There is a bar across the street and the music was so loud and we needed the window open because it was so hot and they could not get us a fan. This was an awful experience for us. Stay away from this hotel.

Peor hotel por mucho, me dieron una habitación al fondo a la derecha, nada que ver a las fotos mostradas, donde parecía más una bodega acondicionada como cuarto donde la puerta ni si quiera se cerraba a menos que le metieras llave. El baño súper empolvado y lleno de cabello por todos lados, sin aire acondicionado y el ruido de las avenidas hacen hasta retumbar la habitación, aunque me cambiaron de habitación (por que era más que justo por el precio que pagué) resultó en las mismas situaciones. Pague por dos noches, solo pude soportar una noche, terminé abandonando en la mañana y no hubo reembolso de la segunda noche. Para nada recomiendo este lugar. Hospédate bajo tu propio riesgo.

Mi reservación era con dos camas king y pero la pusieron de tres camas, el cuarto no servía el foco, el ventilador no enfría para nada y al baño le faltaba una vidrio se le comento a la repcionistq pero solo dijo q si se prendía el ventilador se apagaba el foco, y aún con todos esos defectos nos cobro lo mismo

Me gusto la ubicación muy cerca del Consulado y restaurantes a una cuadra aunque no tiene restaurante el hotel hay muchos lugares muy cercanos para desayunar y comer, no me gusto la habitación que me toco, tenia muy poco espacio para caminar entre la cama y los muebles y pocas habitaciones disponibles.
