Friendly and professional service. Loved to be able to check-in just after midnight, it is 7/24 hours check-in and you can get into the hotel anytime. I always got back after midnight due to the World Cup activities with no any problem to access to the hotel.

The hotel and staff are great. Very clean and friendly. Bathrooms need a fan for ventilation though. Not a walkable area outside, but you can easily take an Uber or get delivery.

The AC does not work half of the time and when it does it does not cool - i was sweating in my room and there are no windows so it feels suffocating. Other then that, the rooms are spacious and friendly staff. The locating is ok not ideal to walk out by yourself.

Good hotel

Hotel it’s small but cozy everything it’s nice and clean maybe they can have AC on the common area but I really didn't used it , bed are a little too hard but that’s only because I’m used to softest mattress.

The area around the hotel isn't very nice but the hotel itself is nice and the person at the desk earlier said there was no underground parking cuz the door didn't work but it turns out that it is does and we're on

El trato del personal fue excelente, muy amables en todo momento y en general se ve bien. Lo único que le cambiaría sería que en lugar de ventilador de piso hubiera aire acondicionado, ya que los vidrios a la calle no son ventanas y está cerrado todo el tiempo y en las noches puede sentirse un poco sofocante. También sería buena idea que adquirieran televisores más actualizados (smart tv ó al menos un roku), ya que el que el únicamente depender de la televisión abierta limita mucho de disfrutar tu estancia, en las noches que quería descansar un rato a ver la televisión tuve que ver netflix en mi celular ya que ni siquiera podía transmitir a la tv. También hubiera sido más cómodo que la cama tuviera algún edredón fresco, ya que sólo pude dormir porque de casualidad traía una frazada mía, porque la que te brindan está muy calurosa y pica.

Un lugar ideal si vas a alguna convención en la Expo Guadalajara, está cerca para llegar a pie en 6 minutos y como no está en la avenida principal puedes dormir tranquilo sin escuchar el ruido de autos o sirenas, habitación de buen tamaño muy limpias regadera y grifo con agua caliente y la luces de la habitación son de un tono cálido y de baja-media intensidad par que no moleste los ojos , definitivamente regresaré el siguiente año
