The staff was very attentive, our room was clean and was kept clean by housekeeping every day. Our room was 4th floor balcony overlooking the garden… awesome view!! Highly recommend…..

This charming hotel is in the center of the town. The shopping and dining is very convenient and walking distance. The hotel staff is friendly and the property is clean and in great shape. I liked the terrace, lobby, elevator and shower the best. The only downside is there really is no parking. Everything else is excellent.

The location of the hotel was ideal being in the centre of the city. The only drawback to this location is the late night, early morning reverie of the party crowd. Other than that, the stay was perfect.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel San Diego in Guanajuato! The location couldn’t be more perfect—right in the center of the city, surrounded by great restaurants, bars, and all the main attractions. It made sightseeing so easy and convenient. The hotel itself is lovely, clean, and full of charm with a touch of old-world elegance that fits perfectly with the city’s historic vibe. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything felt comfortable and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Guanajuato!

Clean room although small. Rooms were hot, but at least there was a fan. Front desk staff could be friendlier. When asked about where a museum was located front desk staff was unaware. Cleaning staff were friendly.

Hotel is located right at the heart of Guanajuato. The view was amazing, we were able to see the callejoneadas, listen to the norteño and mariachi playing in the plaza and buy delicious ezquite literally in front of the entrance of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved the proximity to downtown Guanajuato, only downside to it, is that there is no parking, however, parking lot was fairly close, about a five minute walk. Staff was great and the room was very clean and comfortable.

We loved our stay at Hotel San Diego. Although the elevators were not working, Jose was extremely kind enought to always pffer his assistance withour Luggage. The rooms were very clean and the convenience of being en el centro was amazing!! Definitely coming back!

This properties location is absolutely amazing. It is without a doubt in the center of all the fun. You are walking distance to everything. The staff at the hotel is very helpful and super nice. The hotel is of course dated with no AC and has an un working elevator but it is very much woth the stay for the views.

Location, location, location

You are basically paying for location. Hotel is a bit run down… furniture in room is quite worn. Customer service is great and the location is perfect, if you don’t mind the noise until 1AM or so.
