Very good overall. The 2 restaurants are excellent，very good food. Great n convenient location. Renovation inside the room is a bit old n dated. But very big n comfortable beds. A very good hotel.

A very nice hotel at good location.

I noticed that some rooms having heated toilet seats but some not having as I had stayed in different rooms. Rm 1802 is much better than Rm 1318, according to my experience. The concierge staff are very helpful and wonderful.

The room with a queen-sized bed is HKD 475 per night (Sun). Room is spacious. Bed sheet is clean. 4 pillows are provided. Bed is comfortable. It's nearby the GZ East Station. Fridge is broken. Luckily the fridge in my parent's room is working. TV signal and WIFI signal are poor. The room is clean though the furniture is a bit old. Overall, I would rate this hotel 3-4 star instead of 5 star.

There is no breakfast included in the booking. When we checked in, no welcome gift of coffee coupons was given, until next day we asked for it then gave. After received the door key card, it could not work and had to wait for the front desk staff to come up to replace another door card to open door.

Hotel was ok, it was a good and clean hotel near the train station. Staff were friendly, the gym was very small but at least there was one. Water was available for everyone. It was pretty good hotel. I would stay again if I was in the area and for the good price deal we got at that time.
