The bed was very comfortable I liked it a lot. The hotel design is also superb and I really liked the idea of pone shutter closing both the toilet and bathroom door. The breakfast can be improved to accommodate the international travellers better.

Beds comfortable. But rooms have mold on the ceiling and when we asked we were told that we could change our room but all rooms were the same. Coffee good and bfast good in the morning if you stick with pastries. Dinner buffet disappointing. Very helpful staff, though. With a little tic, this would be comfortable and decent place to stay.

晚上入住時遇到団队客，結果手續等了很久，前台人員明顯不足。酒店系統糟糕，好幾個酒店預訂網站的單子都收不到。房間挺大，冷氣不夠，重點是廁所有異味、廁所有異味、廁所有異味⋯酒店的茶樓早茶點心不錯，是唯一的亮點～

호텔은 좋으나 위치가 너무 별루고, 로비에 직원들이 너무 허접함

아침일찍 나왓는데도 체크아웃하는데 30분이나 걸리고, 손님 세워놓고 양해도 없이 본인 할일 다하는 무례한 호텔직원들은 교육좀 시켜야 할듯하다. 유니폼도 입지않고 사복차림에 하품이나 계속하면서 불결한 태도를 보이는 호텔직원들을 로비에서 일을 하게 하는 호텔은 이해가 가지 않는다. 전문직이지 않아보이는 호텔직원들이 많은것같아 전체적으로 느낌이 좋치않은 호텔이며, 호텔전체적으로 쾌쾌한 냄새가 많이 나고 습하다..

호텔로비에 있는 직원들은 손님을 세워놓고 세월아 내월아 하면서 태도가 나쁘다

방청소하는 아줌마들은 새벽부터 복도에서 웃고 떠들고 정숙하지가 못하며, 호텔로비에 직원들은 전문적이지 못해서 손님을 오랜동안 세워놓고 시간보내면서 기다리게 만들어서 오전에 공항가야하는 손님들이 큰소리를 치게 만들고서야 미안하다는 말도없고 정말 태도가 불량하다.. 로비에서 중국인들이 담배를 마구 피워도 제재하는 호텔직원 하나없으며 , 심지어 에레베이터에도 담배를 피고 다니게 하는 겉모습에 비해 정말 허접한 호텔이라고 생각함, 좀더 직원관리를 철저하게 하면 좋으련만, 딱 가격에 맞는정도 보다 살짝 못함, 차라리 한국모텔이 더 고급지고 더 낳음

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL, POOR SERVICE! (BEWARE OF FRAUD)

For all the white glove service, and friendly smiles at arrival, the hotel didn't live up to it's promise. Staffers had a better command of the English language than most typical hotels in the area, but failed to be helpful when it most mattered. The front desk (which had a convenient currency exchange service) was fully aware of how fraudulent taxicab drivers were in the city, and gave no advance warning to clients. After I was defrauded by a taxi-cab driver of over Y450 through a very slick scheme, the front desk confirmed to me that the bills the driver had passed on to me were all fake, and described in detail how the fraud was perpetrated. It was definitely medicine after death! It made no sense that they were that aware of what was going on and wouldn't warn clients ahead. They almost seemed complicit in the fraud. Also anytime you complained about anything was when their command of the English always disappeared. I quickly came to realize that it was their way of avoiding responsibility- a standard way of not wanting to solve clients' complaints or problems. I left a country I had fallen in love with, very bitter and disillusioned. Will never stay here again, nor visit China. SAD! :-(

가성비는 좋은 편이지만 교통이 정말 불편하고 주변에 식당이 없다

호텔을 잘 지어놨지만 관리가 허술하고 주로 단체중국인들 위주로 영업을 하는곳인것 같아 항상 입구가 시끄럽고 분위기가 좋치 않다. 방의 상태는 좋았지만 와이파이가 너무 느리고 관리를 점점 소홀하게 하기때문에 방키가 작동을 잘 하지 않아서 문을 열려고 문앞에 한참 서있던 적도 있다. 또한 금고도 사용하려고 했지만 배터리가 방전되서 불편했다..

This was not the 1st time I stayed at Royal Tulip. The services was good previously but the recent experience that I had was not so pleasant. The check in staff was kind of rude, my mini bar was lock, remains of hair in the bathroom drainage wasn't clear on a daily basis.

청소는 해주지만 수건이 새로 교체 될때 수건안에서 여자 머리카락이 자주 나옴 수건을 제대로 세탁해서 교체 해주는 것 같지 않고 그냥 다시 말려서 교체되는것 같아 불결함 왜냐하면 이번이 처음이 아니었음

Excelente hotel

El hotel esta muy bien, los cuartos son amplios y las camas muy comodas. El desayuno tiene una amplia variedad y no solo sirven comida asiatica. El staff es muy atento aunque no todos hablan ingles y los que si lo llegan a hablar no lo hablan muy bien. Tiene servicio de shuttle hacia la expo, ademas de ofrecer shuttles por la tarde para conocer mas de la ciudad.
