“I have been very disapointed by this youth hostel. I travelled over 80 countries in the World and the service was poor. I chekhed in at 2h30 pm, Left my lugages and came backdoor at 10h30 pm. It’s when I needed towel and toilet paper at 10h30 pm then at the reception they told me the youth hostel don’t furnish towel and toilet paper. It’s alright but at least tell the customer at the chekh-in not when the customer need it. I could have bought the article during the afternoon but not at 11 pm. ”

“L'hôtel n'existe pas. Tout est faux : l adresse, le téléphone, la position Google. La police locale ne les connait pas. Pire ils refusent le remboycar vous ne les trouvez pas.”

“고풍스러운 분위기가 일단 너무 맘에 들었고, 시설도 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 바로 앞에 편의점도 있고, 거리 자체가 오래된 거리라 주변이 너무 예쁩니다. 바로 옆에 먹자골목은 더더욱 좋았습니다. 비수기라 저렴했던거 같았는데.. 가성비 최고의 호텔! ”

“좋은점 - 지리적으로는 괜찮음 신서유기에서 아침먹던 거리랑 종루랑 가까움 친구들이랑 잠만 잘곳을 찾았기에 저렴한 곳을 잘 찾음 골목에 있어서 치안이 안좋을거라고 생각하지만 1시까지 돌아다녔기에 치안이 안좋다고는 못하겠음 그리고 호스텔 바로옆에 유치원? 있어서 그런지 딱히 걱정같은건 안됬음. 나쁜점 - 호스텔이다 보니 통금시간이있음 12시 이전에 들어와야 밤에는 남자 직원이 근무하는데 영어가 안돼서 번역기로 번역해가면서 의사소통 해야하며 밤늦게 들어오면 인상부터 씀 이 사람 외에는 영어 가능하고 친절함 지리적으로 가까우나 골목 쪽에 있어서 찾기 어려웠음 근처에 있는 호텔 직원이 호스텔이랑 연락해서 위치 확인해서 대려다줌 골목에 있다보니 그 주위를 많이 멤돔 호텔이 아니다보니 객실 청소가없음 화장실이나 룸에있는 휴지통 치워주고 두루마리 휴지 공급이 끝 세면 용품 없음 비누, 샴푸, 린스,...

The staff is great at communicating and can help set up drivers and tours as you are interested. “You will get more than expected for the price you pay for staying here. First of all, me and my group of people had so many last minute arrangements and Steven and his team attended to us attentively, fulfilling all our needs. The place is so near to Muslim Quarter that its so easy to get souvenirs and you will not have a chance to be hungry. This place is extra cosy and all the staffs were so friendly to us.
