Novotel Xi'an The Bell Tower

"Excellent Location, but Service and Housekeeping Need Improvement The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a stone’s throw from the subway station and within walking distance of the Bell Tower, shopping areas, and plenty of eateries. The breakfast spread offers a good variety of choices. However, food items are sometimes not replenished promptly when they run out. There also seems to be a lack of staff to guide guests to their tables during breakfast. Housekeeping is another area that needs improvement. Service was inconsistent, with towels or bottled water occasionally missing from the room. Overall, while the hotel scores highly for its convenient location, it did not quite live up to the standards we have come to expect from other Novotel properties we have stayed at. Improvements in housekeeping, service consistency, and breakfast operations would certainly enhance the overall guest experience."
Xi'an Bell Tower Manxin Hotel

"The staff was super friendly. It's too bad they don't have any staff that speaks English but we used Google translate and WeChat translate and it worked out fine. Rooms we're immaculate everyday and roomy. We used the laundry facilities and partook in the sumptuous breakfast and the afternoon tea when we were in the area. And as we checked out, they gave us parting gifts. What a great surprise! I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Xian again and I would highly recommend this property to friends and family visiting. The hotel was very close to the Bell and Drum Towers, within walking distance."

"Excellent hotel, with friendly helpful staff in a geat location, let down by the breakfast. In the three days we stayed there non of the hot food western style (bacon, eggs, sausages, beans, mushrooms, etc.) was even warm. The buffet food was cold. Shame for a Westin as they are generally a good hotel."

"We had a wonderful, amazing trip and we were so happy with this hotel. The location is extremely convenient, within easy reach of all the famous city landmarks, including the Bell Tower, and Muslim quarter. The buffet breakfast was incredible, with really delicious food. Every member of staff was warm and friendly, and they surprised us with a couple of nice little gifts during our stay. Our room was very spacious, fitted with big windows. Lots of natural light flooded in, making the room bright and open. It had a really unique, pleasant atmosphere, a lovely vibe. We highly recommend staying here!"

"A very modern hotel with a great location. Rooms were spacious, clean and elegant with separate toilet from the shower. Staff were very courteous and helpful especially our cleaning lady and the one who was so helpful with the Free laundry facilities. Buffet was decent with lots of variety. Would definitely stay here again and recommend."
