All the employees were polite and helpful. The property and its amenities were all clean. Breakfast each morning was amazing. Can’t wait to come back!

The facility was in a good location, also had friendly staff. Evening meals was a no no ,as most things on the menu were non existent . Breakfast was dire .The pool was smaller than expected I think the photo was taken at an acute angle.On top of that they tried to charge for fridge items that were not consumed.

Não tivemos nada a reclamar. Hotel muito bem organizado, limpo, funcionários bem educados, atenciosos e muito solícitos. O quarto que ficamos, apesar de ser o mais simples não tivemos problema nenhum. Bem confortável, tv com vários canais, chuveiro muito bom, tudo excelente. Café da manhã me surpreendi também, uma grande variedade e tudo que experimentei estava uma delícia. Vi avaliações dizendo que se não chegasse assim que é liberado não teria mais quase nada, mas comigo não aconteceu isso. Desci um pouco mais tarde e ainda estava tudo bem abastecido de frutas, vários tipos de pães recheados, bolos, doces, MUITA coisa mesmo. Recomendo a todos.

Não recomendo tendo em vista ao custo benefício oferecido pelo hotel. Achamos que pagamos muito pela entrega oferecida. Café da manhã básico. Pelo valor, deveria ter pelo menos suco natural. Estacionamento é do próprio Hotel e cobram sem mesmo ter manobrista. Não voltaria.

Bom hotel pet-friendly

Hotel muito bem localizado, bem próximo a praia. Atendimento atencicoso e café da manhã ok. Taxa pet vem com caminha, almofada e tapete higiênico pra cães ate 15kg. Pra com boa infraestrutura, nao cobram guarad sol, somente o consumo, água limpa e quente. Sem problemas em levar o cachorro para o guarda-sol.

Mercenarios conforto zero

O lugar em si é legal, mas o estado do quarto e o conforto em geral e a forma que pensam só em dinheiro fez ficar péssima a experiência. Começou com a cama e travesseiro que é horrível , não consegui dormir direito uma noite e olha que viajo em média 3 a 4 x ao mês e isso não acontece. Depois minha esposa cortou o pé em uma cerâmica quebrada e solta no piso, ela tb não dormiu direito pois o tal blackout é afastado da parede e entra tudo luz pela lateral , deixando o quarto claro ao amanhecer. Agora o lado mercenario desse empreendimento começa qd no sábado deixaram o aquecedor morno e não dava para tomar banho quente , nem precisava mais misturar a água como ocorreu na sexta , foram 2 dias de banho quase frio , não tem funcionários direito para atender o bar da piscina , fiquei apertando as campainhas de atendimento e não apareceu ninguém tive que ir atrás de alguém dentro do hotel, eles cobram Estacionamento mas deixam meu carro na rua sem, cobram cada espirro, no papel que dão na entrada das regra é uma tabela de preço , toalha praia 15, se perder o cartão 80, se fumar uma diária , se …$$$$$$ é algo que incomoda … faltaram cobrar pela internet … e para piorar o que foi para mim a cereja do bolo …quando pedi pelo menos uma hora de check late , ou seja sair às 13hs em um domingo sem ser de temporada e tivemos a negativa que só pagando vi que eles só pensam no dinheiro, tive isso no casa grande até as 16hs no doral, no ferrareto… na verdade nunca nenhum hotel me negou.

Ideal para descanso em família.

Hotel muito bom, quartos, espaços de lazer, com funcionários da recepção educados e preparados para lidar com hóspedes, café da manhã excelente. Apenas a limpeza do quarto que não nos agradou, (chão do banheiro permaneceu com sujeira) mas nada que atrapalhasse a estadia. Com certeza voltarei e recomendo sim

Muitos pontos a melhorar

Quartos precisam de reforma, o exaustor do banheiro faz um barulho horroroso, colchões precisam de renovação também. Na piscina tinha hóspede com caixas de som sem a menor noção de respeito, reclamei mas nada mudou. Café da manhã tem o necessário. O cardápio do restaurante não tem opção vegana, só batata frita. Cobrar 25,00 diários de estacionamento dos hóspedes achei péssimo e desnecessário. Serviço de praia só nos atendeu sábado. Na sexta estavam "almoçando" e não atenderam nossa solicitação pela tarde toda. Enfim, não vale o preço que cobram, infelizmente.

localização otima. já fiquei outras vezes e foi tudo OK. Porém dessa vez fiquei em um quarto mofado, paredes umidas com mofo e com cheiro forte. Já tinha pago tudo pelo hoteis.com e no hotel me cobraram o estacionamento + taxas
