However the whole experience is let down by the poor cleaning and poor state everything was in. Broken tiles everywhere, most of the furniture was broken or very worn, and there was black mold in the bathroom. The bed was rock hard, but the air condition worked perfectly and kept the rooms nice and cool. I wish they at least would have fixed all the broken tiles in the pools,...

As instalações apesar de novas, não são de boa qualidade. Não voltaria e muito menos indicaria. Uma diária de hotel 5 estrelas com serviços de 3 estrelas, e olhe lá. Decepcionante!! A equipe até se esforça mas precisa ainda de muito treinamento "
