"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high quality. The location was perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did a great job, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. "Curteous staff, clean basic room"

"We stayed one night to experience the grandeur of the palace. The staff were courteous and the meals were to a high standard that you would expect of such a place. But we felt isolated and little disappointed as it was very quiet and lacked warmt. Hot water was only on at certain times making it more univiting and some parts looked rundown. The ball room was impressive and had nostalgia but we were glad to only stay one night. I'm sure the experience may be better during the high season when it is more busier."
