"Our volleyball team chose this hotel specifically because it advertised having a pool available for the girls. Unfortunately, once we arrived, the pool was not available, which was very disappointing since that was one of the main reasons we booked the stay. On top of that, the hotel completely ran out of towels. Several of us had to bring our dirty towels down to the front desk just so they could be washed and returned for us to use again. After a long day of games, having basic amenities like clean towels should not be an issue. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and not what we expected when booking our stay."
