“room was dirty when we got there but we were too tired to worry about, we figured they would clean it the next day. they never came to clean so I went to the office and they said they dont clean the rooms if you have an extended stay. I told them I needed our room cleaned and the attendant said ok they would clean it and never did. I went to the office again and they said they would clean it but never did again. how is someone supposed to stay 4 nights and use the same towels and same sheets for...

“Our room was terrible. There was mold on the beds and there was a cockroach on the curtian, and damages to the walls. We tried to get our money back and they refused. Said we needed to speak the manager. Tried 5 times the next day to contact her and she was either not in until 11, busy at the moment and then finally she just refused to call us back. Take caution the photos you see are not the the true pictures of the rooms conditons!”
