"We have stayed here 3 years in a row. Me and my husband just love it there. "

"Breakfast basic continental and food at poolside low quality. Fries served cold, no dipping sauces for tenders etc. bathrooms by pool without toilet paper, painting needed on all railing services on balconies. Location is good but staff could be friendlier and helpful. Checking in was not pleasant. "

"Pool was closed. You are obligated to pay for parking, you choose between $35 for valet or $27 self park per day. Front desk advised it is $27 per day, in which resets at midnight, therefore for one overnight stay self park will cost you $54. I booked a room with full bay view, high floor. Little did I know it was overlooking the causeway where I had to listen to cars reving their engine all night. The room smelled musty. I chose The Westin because I stayed here previously a few years ago, and it was different. I will not be returning to this location. I am truly disappointed."

"The front desk staff were all very kind and helpful. However, there was typically only one person so there was always a line of people waiting. We did require maintenance at one point and the maintenance man was there quickly and was friendly. We were in a room across the street. The lighting in the parking lot is poor. We were on the second floor and there are NO ELEVATORS! No good for two seniors with bad knees. The room itself was clean enough but the building is quite old and in need of major renovation. Our room was damp and there was mildew under the air conditioner. Also, no phone in the room so when we needed maintenance we had to walk across the street to the front desk. The pool was very nice, very clean. Plenty of chairs around the pool but the cushions were mildewed. We did see a couple of bugs in our room-nothing major, but when checking out I overheard the desk clerk talking with a couple that found bedbugs. We didn’t find any in our room. I wouldn’t recommend this place."

"Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Grandkids loved the pool especially our 8 year old granddaughter. She would have stayed in all day if she could playing with the blow up round tubes."
