"Our room was nice and comfortable with a lovely view out to the sea. It was a modern room I believe recently upgraded. All the staff were wonderful particularly Marika who checked us in and helped get us a taxi from the station. We enjoyed a drink at the bar but being March it was quiet. Breakfast was lovely. "

HOWEVER it is located in a town called Soverato which is a somewhat deserted (in mid Sept) little dirty place that consists of about 80 tower blocks that look like they were put up in a hurry 20 years ago. "We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and we had a wonderul room. However, the cleanliness in the dining room was rather poor. The tables never got cleaned properly. The crumbs were just brushed of the table so it was left very sticky. I always used alcohol hand gel during breakfast. The cudlery could have also been cleaner. "The grounds of the hotel are very nice, good size pools, but the buildings, rooms, restaurant is in very poor condition, lights are not working on the paths, no shades on the pool areas, the dirty windows and walls in the dinning room.
