"No access to the bar because of an event. No access to the gym because a sports team was using it."

"Everything at the hotel was amazing, including the staff. However, both TVs in the living room and in the bedroom was horrible. Needed TV Internet was working or any streaming channels, including YouTube. I called maintenance workers to come fix it, but it was a total disaster. I was told by the staff at the hotel those TVs are 15+ years old. That is not a good look. At this point, they should throw those TVs away because it’s embarrassing."

"The check-in process was not smooth because the staff seemed unfamiliar with the required documents. Room amenities were missing. There are also no nearby shops, and public transportation is difficult to find unless you walk to the bazaar. Improved training for the front desk staff would greatly enhance the guest experience."

"The cleaning staff stole my money from the room and hotel management did not do anything about it. The room was noisy and full of cigarette smell even the room was non smoking. Bathroom was dated and shower did not work either. Rubbish hotel with rubbish staff. Will avoid this like plague in future. "
