"We enjoy this property a lot however there is a construction near by that make the commune more difficult so in order to go move is better to rent a car or call a taxi (which I did in order to be able to explore more) I would love if there are instructions on how to open the door if you order food or if you are waiting for somebody also I could not figure out on how to have two keys, overall I will come back also there are plenty of restaurants around. "During the last portion of my vacation, I fractured my ankle and the staff at Holiday Inn Incheon Songdo were very nice and helpful. They loaned me a wheelchair to use and moved my husband and myself to an accessible room. Special thanks to Jess at the front desk who helped me find a medical clinic nearby where I was able to see a doctor and get X-rays done. And thanks to the concierge man (forgot his name) downstairs who helped with luggage and got my wheelchair. The hotel is close to Costco, Tri-Bowl, Central Park and lots of small eateries nearby. The subway is right beside the hotel which we didn’t use. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. Hyundai outlets are also close by. Room is decent size and very clean. "
