. I did think it was interesting that the drip coffee was NOT complimentary especially since when I checked in I was told me “coffee would be available at the bar in the lobby”. Just seems like a small cost to the hotel that would ultimately lead to a better experience for their guest. "

Poorly insulated rooms allow for you to hear everything in the bathroom across the hallway along with all of your neighbors. Baseboard heat makes the room go from 50° tov100° and is supplemented by a portable electric space heater. Creaky floors, covered in delaminating, separating Pergo. Evidence of past leaks and rotting window sills--really the list of deficiencies is the only thing impressive here. ...
