"The room was most definitely neglected. It was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled like an ashtray. There were roaches every where. The ceilings were cracked and you could see outside. The smoke alarm was hanging out of the wall with no batteries and had exposed wires. I was beside myself. I ended up leaving as quick as I got there. "

"They say that check-out can be done at noon, but that’s a lie; check-out actually has to be done at 11:00 AM, and if you ask at the front desk, they will treat you very, very poorly.
The bedside tables had marks from liquor bottles, the bathroom was dirty, and the bed was also very dirty."
