The highlight of my stay, however, was the culinary journey through Japanese cuisine at your restaurant. Each dish was a masterpiece, meticulously crafted to perfection. The chefs' dedication to authenticity and quality was evident in every dish, and I was thoroughly impressed by the skill and artistry displayed in each presentation. A Working Progress - 2 Star Review

So, first of all, the pictures did not tell the tell of the hotel. They made everything look bigger and more pristine then it really was. I was greeted pretty nicely, the people and the staff were really nice overall during my stay. But, nice does not mean they were great. There were lots of inconsistencies throughout my one week stay. My fiancé used to be a supervisor in one of the nicest hotels. Across the board from the obvious and even the not so obvious things were off. 1. Cleanliness - Glass was full of spots, the paint was chipping everywhere, the sheets when replaced wasn't even cleaned well. The halls when clean and sanitized smelled awful of chemicals, not safe for people at all. I.E. -- Go to a Hilton or a Crowne Plaza- you will not get these smells. 2. Delivery of services -- Seemed like they were understaffed or disorganized. When things were requested such as water or food, or even towels- it took a very long time to get to us. 3. Food -- The buffet was serviceable, but underwhelming. Dishes were overly spicy and even too much masala (and I am Indian). The juices were not fresh. Overall-- okay at best. I would say, there is lots of potential if everyone got trained by hotel professionals. Also, I feel everyone music improve the skills of speaking English better. This is a professional industry-- your staff needs better training. And better training in EVERYTHING. Again, everyone was super nice and courtesy-- I enjoyed that part.

A great hotel at a great price

For the price this is a great hotel for business travellers.The staff are really friendly and check out was seamless unlike a lot of hotels in the area. I have stayed here 3 times and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Very excellent service at the restaurant and very friendly staff. Got upgraded to an executive room and are going back to stay there again once back in Delhi.

Good stay

Great experience at the hotel. The only thing that could be better is being able to keep a room at a discounted rate through 8pm for those late night international departures.

Good hotel fair priced too

We really liked it but we only stayed for one night. We found it clean and staff very friendly. We felt the price was very fair for the amenities it offered. I will stay there again next time and after a few stays I will post again.

Very clean and convenient

We stayed here for one night only as we had an early flight from Delhi International Airport the next day. The hotel is beautifully maintained and the rooms are very comfortable, and the room service was also prompt and of good quality.

Nice Experience!

- Part of Best Western (one of the biggest chain of hotels globally) - Professional 4*service, at very good rates (thanks to Expedia) - Cabs available from the hotel (a little expensive though, but safe) - Enjoyed the spa (especially the herbal tea)

Best Western Skycity Hotel 1 Old Judicial Complex

great hotel however it is out of way for most point of interest and the metro. its close to the airport though. no free pick up or drop of service unlike some of the hotel in Mumbai.(great money making line for hotel/taxi)

This hotel is new but shows its wear. Most taxis don't know where it is. Good for local business people, but not international travelers.

KIND AND CONSIDERATE SERVICE!

Although a bit out of the way, this hotel was more than what we expected to find in India. The staff of the hotel and restaurant were cheerful, helpful and always ready to help. The front desk arranged an evening out for us as well as transportation across Delhi so that we could pick up our tour group. They got us a car and driver for a day so that we could see the sites of Delhi, which is impossible to do on your own! We were comfortable, well fed and well looked after and would return if the occasion arose!

Great hotel, bad spa advertisement

Their was a $999 spa promotion in the lobby, elevator and the room but when I went to the spa to inquire I was told that it was a promotion from a year ago and the new price is $2300. This is bait and switch at its worse.
