"Lovely staff to assist with traveling needs who speak English fluently. Bus stop and subway stops are very close by (less than a 5 minute walk away). Ideal location for skincare needs as clinics are right in front of you. Elevator access available for floors. Easy accessibility after hours getting into building after lobby hours are closed. Cleanliness is 3 out of 5 as there were some mold stains on the grout on the bathroom walls and perhaps food stains on walls, but floors, towels, and bed were clean. In shower, great hot water though water pressure is on the soft side. Will need your own body soap and hair conditioner, as they provide a very small bar of soap and shampoo only. Laundry machine cleaned clothes well. Very quiet stay and enjoyable. Air conditioning worked great though I didn’t need it much. I would most definitely come back to this location."

"The Seocho neighborhood was nice and lots of dining and convient store options within walking distance. Relatively close to a subway station which can get you connected to the rest of Seoul. Check-in is easy with communication through Expedia App and the property communicates well with regards to daily towel service and garbage disposal. They had a mix-up one day with regards to receiving new towels and I was able to track down the front desk (in a different building) late in the evening and they resolved the problem within 10 minutes. Probably only gripe is that the bedrooms could probably use a bit of an update to match the main living area and the temperatures were getting a bit warm because i don't think the AC functions until the summer months."
