"Great staff and location."

"The room did not match the quality of the pictures. The balcony was dirty with paint peeling. The room had been cleaned but did not seem very clean and the room needed to be updated. The lobby was very nice but otherwise the hotel was out of date and not very clean. We left after only one night even though we reserved to stay two. We also reserved for 5 people but upon arrival were told the room was only for 4 people. The views from the room were stunning so it was nice for that. "

"10-15 min walk to the busy area was nice. Quiet but close to enough things. Clean and staff was friendly. Convenienece store in the building was a nice surprise."

"Ac didn’t work well, carpet, curtains, sheets had stains. The bathroom had bad smell and was not well maintained. Gym and pool were closed without any notice or refund. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at the resort. The view was stunning, and the exterior of the property was grand and beautiful. The staff were very friendly, and the overall cleanliness met my expectations. Unfortunately, there was one downside. There were local protests against the hotel construction, and protesters were playing chanting sounds over loudspeakers. This disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere of the resort."

"The property appeared somewhat dated, and the staff did not seem particularly welcoming. Additionally, due to the cold weather, we were unable to use the swimming pool. Most of all, the in-room bathtub was not present as depicted in the photos."

"Exceptional value for money. Staff very helpful and within easy walking distance of lots of restaurants and the national garden. Large room with lovely view over the bay. Most comfortable hotel bed we have had on our South Korea trip."
