โThis is a beautiful "upside down" house high on a hill with fantastic views. It is a mile or so from town & easily walkable if you don't mind the steep uphill on the return. The bedrooms are on the ground floor & are very well equipped & comfortable. The breakfast, prepared by the property owner, Bharat, was delicious & our stay overall was very good value.โ

โOur room at the Deri-Down was lovely and comfortable with a large walk-in wardrobe and a modern well equipped en-suite shower room. There was a multi-channel TV, a small fridge with milk, tea/cofffee provided. The landlady was very helpful and allowed my son and his wife to change in our room for the wedding we were all going to. โMaria, who is front of house, was so welcoming and later, in the dining room she tirelessly looked after us and all the other guests. The food was fantastic and I understand her husband is head chef, Joseph Colman. The rooms were attractive and very comfortable with lovely bathrooms. I would certainly recommend this as a wonderful getaway. โ
