"When we checked in, the woman at the front desk was abrupt and rude. After we got into the room, we couldn't find any program guide on the tv or a guide bu. We called the front desk and she tried to explain where we could find it, but we couldn't. I went to the front desk and again she just repeated the same thing and I told her there was no program guide on any of the channels she was telling me. I asked to speak with the manager, but she would not give me the name or phone number. Later, we realized that the TV was shutting off automatically every hour. I went back down and complained about that, and was told that that is the way they had the TVs programmed to keep people from just falling asleep and leaving TVs on all night. I explained I was paying for for the TV as an amenity and if I wanted to leave it on all night, that was my right, and I also didn't want programs interrupted by the TV shutting off. I was told they couldn't do anything about it. I went back down to the front desk the next day and talked to a guy who was there and he again was telling me that I should be able to find the program guide on one of two or three channels, and he demonstrated on the TV at the front desk. I said that we didn't have that. I told him to come down to the room and I would show him. He came to the room and he could not find the program guide on the tv, either. He would not give me the manager's name or contact info. Ran out of room here. Will continue on Yelp!"

"We love this particular location. The staff is friendly and helpful and the property and rooms are clean. We love the option to other dinner and/or sit at the bar for a drink. There were several very deep potholes on the property including one by the gate when you are leaving the parking lot. Those need attention immediately"
