"The Lyra Grandeur is the brand new 2025 sister ship to the Capella, with a modern Indochine chic and beautifully appointed rooms. We loved the welcoming and helpful attitude of the entire staff. The boat itself has amazing open indoor and outside common spaces that offer endless options for selfies and family photos. Our room was so beautiful and the bed was great for sleeping, featuring fine linens and nicely firm… very quiet too. What we also loved was the food, very high quality lunch...

"Our stay at InterContinental Ha Long Bay was fantastic. The property is fairly new, and everything felt modern, clean, and well maintained. The rooms were beautiful and spotless, making it a very comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring the area. The staff throughout the resort were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed. The pool area was one of our favorite spots, especially with the bar right there. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the view. The beach was also great for walking. We loved strolling along the shoreline and seeing so many shells and bits of sea life along the way. It made for a really peaceful experience. We also treated ourselves to a couples massage at the spa, which was extremely relaxing and a great highlight of the trip. Overall, this is a beautiful resort with excellent service, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Ha Long Bay."
