"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was very cozy, and everything I needed was provided. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. The hotel was quiet, relaxing, and conveniently located. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of the accommodations and the excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"Perfect location! Staff was Fantastic Loved Vito! I just wished they had a hot tub or pool! The $40 a day is a joke I ordered room service once and two things were over $40 there is a $9.00 auto charge so we just paid $40 a day for absolutely nothing! You can't use it at Starbucks that's on the property?"

"The staff was amazing! We arrived mid-day and were able to check in early as soon as we got to the hotel. Our room cards stopped working on day #2 of our 4-night stay but staff was quick to correct the issue. Refrigerator in our room was not cold (so the complimentary canned water was also not cold) but it wasn't a huge deal for us. We enjoyed watching a World Cup game at the rooftop bar while having cocktails and yummy guacamole. The complimentary umbrellas came in VERY handy one day, as well. Hotel location is so convenient too. Will come back and stay at the Arlo Midtown again!"

"Great place to stay in the city!! The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. There was rain and many guests asked for umbrellas and the staff had a store they gave out. We had no issues checking in. The property felt safe and was in a perfect location. Right off of Times Square and near Broadway. Subway station within a few blocks. It is NYC, and we had a window room, so we heard city sounds all night. But didn’t hear our hotel neighbors. The elevators are snug and the stairs are steep, but this was expected in the city. We had amazing water pressure and a spacious shower. Good AC too, we came on a record high day. We did have a window unit, but it was more than adequate to cool our room. But the blinds do have to be cracked to allow for the cool air to flow, this may be a problem for some. We spend most of our time exploring, so a clean and comfortable bed and a good shower is perfect for us. As parents we also felt safe and comfortable in the room and general area."
