I was disappointed with our stay. We reserved a room with two queen beds but were given a king room instead, which was presented as an “upgrade” even though it didn’t match our reservation. The room had a noticeable musty/moldy smell, the toilet was not clean, and the floor felt damp from excess humidity. The refrigerator door had been left open and wasn’t cooling. Several girls in our group also complained that the sheets appeared stained. We also witnessed an employee drop clean washcloths on the floor, pick them up, and place them back with the clean linens, which was very concerning. On a positive note, the breakfast was good and offered a nice variety. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance issues overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay.

This place is wonderful!!! we have been staying here often for years and we love it here!!! To be honest everything about this hotel is great the staff the location the area is pretty!!! Lots of shopping around!!! Good food and cheap gas right across the road!! They have a wonderful breakfast and you can enjoy it because the server is very good at his job!!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
