Super clean, excellant service, cannot ask for a better location in the middle of Old Quarter. 2 minutes walk to St Joseph Cathdral, about 5min walk to shopping street. Thanks to general manager Brian for the very personalised check out experience.

The room given to us was not the same on the photos on the listing. Look at all the negative reviews and you’ll notice a themed. The sheets are stained, you can hear the noise outside (constant horning of vehicles even during midnight), aircon is noisy, the shower drain is clogged and no lift on the first/second floor. We had to leave on the first night and book a proper hotel. The staff were friendly though.

The room was clean and the air conditioner worked great. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was attentive and spoke English quite well. Everything was fantastic I enjoyed staying there four nights and it was a perfect Oasis from the beautiful Madness that is Hanoi
