Great host. Great people. Rented a motorcycle from them and it was great way to move around. Shower needs a good clean. There was a leak from the bathroom above. Thank you

The staff at the reception were helpful and friendly. The roof terrace had lovely views. However the property in general was not very clean including general areas and the fridge in our room. Breakfast was not good and after finding a fish bone in my salad on the first morning we decided to skip breakfast on the 2nd day. When we brought it to the attention of a staff member, she didn’t seem to care, or seem surprised or concerned. The bread also had ants crawling over it.

the staff are very nice and spoke good english. We were at Rm#301 facing lake view but omg our whole body hurts the bed was a spring bed and each move u make it squeeks. We stated two nights. they rent out motorcycles it was great drive around.

Great hotel with super friendly staff, family run hotel. good reasonable food, great happy hour, walkable to the town centre but up hill! Only negative is the smoking in the lobby, pool table, roof top terrace area. Did not realize it was smoking hotel or I would not have booked but overall a great stay!

The view from my room was pure magic, just a joy to wake there, the rooftop seating great at night for a drink. The staff friendly and relaxed and very helpful, a short walk from the town but far away enough to not see all the development

Vi blev lovade ett annat rum för det va läckage under handfatet, inget hände. Utsikten va rakt in i en bergvägg. Blev lurade på en dagstur med privat båt i 6 timmar. Ville själv bestämma vart vi skulle åka. Det blev 6 personer. Kapten kunde inte ett ord engelska och inge nät så vi kunde översätta. Vi hade uttryckligen sagt att vi ville snorkla vilket kapten inte fattat. Det blev bara 4 timmar utan ett enda stopp.

Jusque là, l'hôtel le plus confortable où j'ai séjourné au Vietnam ! Rapport qualité-prix incroyable ! La chambre et la salle de bain incroyablement spacieuses, literie confortable, le balcon et sa vue, même partielle, très appréciable ! Petit déjeuner buffet varié, aussi bien sucré que salé, et possibilité de déjeuner et dîner sur le rooftop Et bien sûr, un personnel formidable, toujours sympathique et avenant ! Merci ! ❤️
