The place is not even close to the photos on site. 2 night there, elevators dis not work. Elders had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. 2nd days they had turned lights off, waoting for accident ro happened.
2nd time there in 2 years, all the renovation mentiomed to is during 1st visit. Not there. Got worse. Never again will we stay there. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.

It was amazing for me during my visit on 29th March 19...
1. We were given a room in 4th floor but lift was out
of order and couldn't be repaired during stay.
2. Wi-Fi was not working.
3. TV was not working and despite of repeated
complaint no one came to attend.
I don't understand why anyone should pay so much for such facilities.
Hotel needs a lot of improvement.

施設、接 客態度、食事、インターネット環境等、全てにおいて最悪でした。それに対してのホテル価格が高すぎる。今まで宿泊したホテルで最悪でした。Hotels.comのホテルから外すべきだと感じた。
