"The clerk who registered us was excellent. The room was a great size with a very usable layout. We only stayed one night, but noted the process for obtaining kitchen supplies. We felt it was extremely efficient. We will consider using this chain on future trips."

"The hotel signage had changed names to B&B hotel, nothing indicated Windsor Inn, making it difficult to locate; there was no lobby, no breakfast, no phones in the room for security purpose, the bed was hard ended up sleeping in the pilllows. It was spring break and the pool was not open. The Gentleman who checked me in as a guest, Giovanni, was courteous and assisted me with luggage to my room. The room was clean, had a fridge, stove, coffee pot and microwave which made it seem to be for long term stay"

"This hotel was very comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed the shuttle because it offered free rides to places you needed to go in the area. Breakfast was yummy and free! I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
