The room was nice, breakfast was good. The staff was also helping. Laundry facility for the guest was very cheap and we really appreciated. Parking was just opposite to our room.

The lady that maintains the breakfast was amazing. She constantly checks each item and makes sure they are well stocked. She also cleans the tables right away. The room is updated and clean when we arrived . But the housekeeping (3rd day) did not actually clean the room. They just changed towels and took out the garbage. There was no pool or laundry facilities, just FYI.

The staff were great. Check in time is 4 but they were able to get me a room earlier so I wouldn't be late for a 3 o'clock wedding. The room was clean. Breakfast was pretty good but it was very crowded and they ran out of some items quickly. Staff did their best to replenish items. Guests should be aware though that there is no elevator. If you are on the second floor you have to carry your bags up the stairs. Overall, it was very good and I would stay again.

Hotel is in a commercial area so the lack of a restaurant is noticed, but the staff was friendly, rooms were updated and facility was clean. Maybe a list of local restaurants would be my only suggestion.

The location has easy access to the highway as well as close to the ferry port. The hotel is older, and needs some cleaning if carpet stains, but the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and a good selection of hot and cold options for breakfast.

There are people hanging out everywhere in the lobby, people outside, smoking cigarettes, talking on the phone at all hours. The felt very creepy in there. Did not feel extremely safe even though the location was close to the bridge in Dartmouth. Would not recommend.
