"Our stay was amazing here! We really enjoyed the hot breakfast as there was more of a variety than we expected. They always had fruit, yogurt, cereal bar, pancake station, eggs, bread, baked beans. They rotated on the protein so one day was sausage, one day it was bacon, another day it was ham. The staff at the hot breakfast were very friendly and attentive! The room itself was clean and we had a great view of the lake. We were supplied with ample things such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap. In addition to extra towels and extra pillows. The building also had a cool arcade and also a bigger than I expected pool. Front desk staff were also welcoming and answered all of our questions. It was a smooth check in process and check out process. 5/5 stars, I would highly recommend and I would room here again if I find myself in Halifax!"

"A perfectly satisfactory businessman’s box with a few quirks, First quirk, wonderful views over downtown Halifax from the roof top patio, perfect for sundowners but liquids are banned on the patio. Second quirk, two comfortable armchairs and a large screen TV in the lobby outside the guests’ coin operated laundry. Final quirk, the Continental Breakfast included cooked items, eggs, potatoes etc. but bacon or sausages had to be purchased."
