"Hotel cancelled 90 minutes before we were due to check-in, so we never actually went to the hotel. It looks really good from the pictures & Robert from the reception was really nice during our email correspondence. I hope to visit some time in the future."

"Arrived just before 2pm (3pm check in) and the door was locked. Tried the buzzer, but no answer. Also tried the number on the booking and outside- no answer. I then had to wait more than 30 minutes in the car park until one of the cleaners came out, which allowed me access. There was absolutely nobody in the hotel. "The room was clean the staff respond really fast when you need help it is family friendly the only issue I had was the tv I plugged it in but it said I need like an update and wasn’t working but that was the only issue that I had but over all very nice looking apartment"

"The neighborhood is lovely - quiet, with tree-lined streets and many restored Jugenstil houses - but only two blocks from a streetcar stop with quick connections to the centre of the city. I came to Halle for a special exhibit at the archaeology museum, and was pleased that the Pension was only two tram stops away."
