"We are definitely coming back to stay again! We loved how warm and cozy our deluxe room was. The heated floor, the hot water kettle, and refrigerator were so convenient. The location of the room was perfect as well. We were able to see the northern lights from our room. The food and staff at the restaurant was exquisite. Sasha, in particular, was very kind. He opened up the restaurant for us since we got to the hotel early before check-in time, and we were able to have a delicious lunch (the cod sandwich with chips and salmon salad), and enjoy the quiet dining hall to ourselves while taking in the beautiful views of Husafell. We are very grateful for the excursion opportunities that were offered (into the glacier, lava cave, snowmobiling on top of Langjoküll, Barnafoss, etc). The staff there were amazing. Lastly, the geothermal baths right outside our hotel was lovely to have. We went twice and it was never crowded. Very relaxing, rejuvenating, and refreshing. Thank you for our stay. We'll see you again soon."

"Stayed in the Aurora cabin and it was incredible. Private and cozy. Gorgeous Auroras and falling stars. Bathroom was beautiful. Floors heated throughout. The main Inn was beautiful too. Nice ambiance. Nice bar area with nice sitting area. We did not eat at the resturant, but wished we would of because it looked lovely and the dinner look good ( private Christmas party). Service was excellent. Very clean. Breakfast included was adequate. Wished we would of booked extra night. I highly recommend. Best place we stayed in Iceland. "

"The property was very nice, I enjoyed the interactive troll themed hiking trails and spring fed hot tubs in the evening. Cabins were clean and cozy, probably the comfiest mattress I slept on durning my trip. Each cabin had a small mini fridge and the shared bathrooms were only a 30 second walk away. Restaurant on site was good as well, friendly staff and delicious food. The waterfall is overlooks was stunning. All in all this was my favorite stay of my trip, I hope to return in the future. "

"Property is amazing. The tower was a super fun experience. Sadly no northern lights but hanging out in the large common room on the top of the tower was amazing. If we are in this area of the country we will definitely book again. "

"Good and quiet. Room is not quite ready as the shampoo & shower gel had ran out and was not replaced. Otherwise, good Fosshotel level of service and rooms. Happy hour from 4-6pm, 900ISK for Gull draft beers. Wine pairing- mega pint of wine served. Haha"

"We loved our stay at the Sunset Cottage! It was one of our favorite places we stayed during our 10 days in Iceland. The cottage itself is located over a hill, several hundred meters away from the main buildings, and provides s lot of privacy. It was quiet and clean with wide open views of the countryside. We had breakfast on our last day ~$21USD/person), and it was great. We also ate at the restaurant onsite for several dinners so that we could enjoy the lovely waterfall view and delicious food. We would absolutely stay here again if in the area. "
