Apartment was nice and stay overall good, but unfortunately we, a family of 4, stood in front of a locked apartment with the key cards not working, at midnight, and had to scramble for 45 minutes by phone and text to figure out how to get access. Apparently the concierge had forgotten to take our credit card info at check-in and invalidated the key access. Things like that can happen, of course, but it was a rather annoying experience for us.

The room was large and quiet. Coin operated laundry in the basement was convenient The position of Apartment 040 was great being only three U Bahn stops out from the city. We twice walked into the city via the lakeside which takes approximately 40 to 50 minutes.

a quiet gem in great location
We booked 5 rooms over New Year's Eve to get together a number of long time friends for the special event of the baptism of our daughter and for the Alster fireworks (10 mins walk). The rooms were very spacious (compared to average Hamburg hotel rooms) and had all we wanted, very quiet both in the building (very thick walls) and to the outside. Location is very good, within 5 mins walk to Mundsburg U3 and a large shopping center with food courts, restaurants etc.

Tæt på U-Bahn, supermarkeder, indkøbscenter og hvad man ellers kan have brug for til nogle dages ferie i en hotellejlighed, hvor der er køleskab, mikroovn og bestik (dog ingen konventionel ovn). Mulighed for parkering mod betaling. Ro og stilhed trods den centrale beliggenhed i Hamburg-Uhlenhorst.
