Helpful booking taxi

The hotel desk employee was very helpful and booked a taxi for me. My flight (first of three flights) had been cancelled, and then I had to leave earlier than expected. Unfortunately, I could not stay for breakfast. In fact, I had to leave at 2:30 a.m., and I did not feel safe waiting for the taxi because two disheveled-looking mean saw me waiting with my suitcase, after I had locked my key inside the hotel. They sat down on the bench closest to the hotel and stared at me. I felt threatened, but nothing happened. I was quite relieved when the taxi arrived on time.

Nice stay

Nice stay in a very nice neighborhood with great places to eat. Nearby you have a lovely walk by the water. The hotel was easy to find and friendly staff. Breakfast was good, but all in all it is an old hotel. They have 3 (friendly) dogs walking around. The pillows where the best I’ve ever tried in a hotel. You can tell by the air in the hotel and especially in our room that it has an old smell.

Klein und schön.

Das war ein schönes Hotel. Alt aber sehr gut gepflegt. Frühstück war auch ausreichend. Der Gebäude ist ein Altbau, Fenster ist Holzrahmen, der ist eigentlich schön aber nicht dicht, das Zimmer war nicht genug warm. (Mein Gefühl) Ich würde gerne aber wieder kommen, bestimmt Frühling schöner.

Frühstück Buffet nicht nicht mit Glasplatte geschützt. Um 8,30Uhr war Rühreier schön kalt, wurde auch nicht erneuert. Keine Nachfrage von Personal, ob noch Kaffee erwünscht. In der Früstückszohne bewegte sich derhauseigene Hund, kein Hündchen! Alles in Allem, kein 4-Sterne Hotel!! Sehr enttäuscht, kenne sehr viele Hotels, das was bei weitem das schlechteste.

Familie in Hamburg

Kurzaufenthalt am Wochenende. Gute und schöne Lage an der Alster. Ideal für eine Laufrunde am Morgen. U-Bahn 5 Minuten entfernt 5 Stationen bis Jungfernstieg. Geht aber auch zu Fuß. Einrichtung besser als von anderen Rezessionen zu erwarten. Freundliches Personal und lecker Frühstück. Bett und Kissen ein Traum! Wer Flair und kleinere Hotels mag ist hier genau richtig.

Früher einmal das kleinste Luxushotel in Hamburg, heute ein altes, heruntergekommenes Hotel in St. Georg, an dem der Zahl der Zeit nagte - deshalb ist es leider nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Gute Lage und Mitarbeiter, die sich fast immer bemühten. Das reicht allerdings nicht aus, den negativen Gesamteindruck zu korrigieren. Die Einrichtung dürfte ca. 40 Jahre alt sein. Wenn man das mag, gut. Aber einfachverglaste Fenster zu einer Straße mit Kopfsteinpflaster ist nicht akzeptabel. Dass Internet beworben und angeboten wird, welches regelmäßig nur eine Geschwindigkeit von 0,3 Mbps an den Tag legt, ist schon als unverschämt zu werten. Der moderne Teppichboden und Fernseher sind positiv aufgefallen. Das war aber auch schon alles. Die Betten sind ok, die Bettwäsche für mich unangenehm. In den Bädern gibt es keinen Platz, so dass Handtücher ausserhalb platziert werden. Für mich waren diese zudem ständig unangenehm „feucht“. Der Duschvorhang müffelte. Wenn ich die Gäste bitte, die Treppen zu nutzen damit andere Gäste nachts nicht gestört werden, sollte man auch darauf achten, dass die Fester im Treppenhaus nicht so verdreckt sind. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend, das schwarze lange Haar inmitten der Brötchen Zuviel der Guten. Ich war froh, nach 4 langen Nächten dieses Hotel verlassen zu dürfen. Ich werde hier bestimmt nicht mehr zu Gast sein (wollen).

Excepté emplacement,je le deconseille!

Mauvais accueil a notre arrivee, la receptionniste ns ignorant completement et trois gros chiens nauseabonds ns consideraient un peu. Personnel ne parlait pas anglais, la depose bagages est difficile pas de place reservee devant l'hôtel,l'acces au garage peu explique et la telecommande pas fournie,je dois retourner a la reception pour l'obtenir!! Pas de rampe d'acces pour les bagages...escalier seulement! Chambre propre equipee au minimum, hotel tres cher pour le service proposé. Tres positif est son emplacement .

Nice for dogs

Nice hotel, excellent breakfast, walking distance from train station, right next to the lake. The guy at reception at evening was super nice (Woman in the morning, not so much). They treat dogs very well, they provided bowls and sleeping mat for my dog. Unfortunately, I got a big allergy from dust from the curtain on my room. Other than that, I had a nice stay.

Skønt lille hotel med dejlig gårdhave. Alt fungerede perfekt, rent og pænt, venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Morgenmaden var god men hotellets restaurant i kælderetagen var super og med venligt personale - maden fås ikke bedre.
