Perfectly good and acceptable. Staff very helpful. Rooms lack aircon. In hot weather a fan would be a useful addition

Really nice room, exceptionally comfortable bedding - I slept so well! Very good soundproofing windows. You do hear some noise from the neighbours and the cleaning staff, but nothing major. The team was able to arrange late checkout for me, for an extra 20 euros, which was great. There isn't a traditional reception but there is someone during the day. The only minor downside is that there was no hot water on my last day so I had to shower in lukewarm water. It was ok.

The check in process, whilst easy enough to use the machine, was poor due to the fact that it stated our room wasn’t ready, well after the 3pm check in time. We waited around for another hour and in that time we saw no staff cleaning rooms still. The room also had no tv remote and it took over 24 hours for them to get back to us about our request. The room itself is well equipped and modern. The walls are thin, the bed is very hard (although if you like that then you’ll be fine) and it is stifling hot, with very limited options to cool it down. The location was excellent, positioned incredibly close to two metro stations.

I had to cancel my booking because of a sudden death in the family but they did not respond or refund us at all. There is no communication from the company, everything is automated.
