A hotel literally two minutes walk from the Hamburg Hbf. Perfect place for our family for an overnight stay between trains. Safe and clean. Nice staff. Lots of noice throughout the night as expected that close to the station.

My family and I stayed for one night on our way between other destinations. We had a room with four beds. For our limited purposes, the hotel was fine. The gentlemen at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful on check in and departure. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very small but clean and serviceable.

A small, sympathetic old school hotel right next to the main railway station. The room was clean and quiet and the staff friendly. It's not a 5-star establishment, but good value for the price. It's an old building with steep stairs, so not the most accessible hotel in town.

One of the many convenient hotels for Hamburg Main station. The area around is a bit off putting but is reasonably safe. The hotel itself is clean and tidy however although there is a lift, due to the building layout it stops on the landing between two floors 2-3, 4-5 so stairs have to be negotiated to reach the floor where your room will be.

Super friendly staff.

The hotel is nice but worn. It is located as accessible as it gets when it comes to public transport. Right next to the train station and the bus terminal. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

We have stayed at this hotel before and will return again. It is situated near the Haubtbahnhof which is perfect when you go by train. The receptionist Hamid is an extremely nice person. Clean, nice, comfortable beds. Very highly recommended!

Pros * Friendly and helpful staff. * Good central location, close to the train station and the city centre. * There was no air conditioning, but a fan was provided, which helped keep the room cooler. Cons * The hotel stay was okay overall. * The room was not very well soundproofed, and noise from guests walking around in the room above was noticeable. * The area felt a bit unsafe in the evening and at night. * It was disappointing that you had to pay to use the locked safe in the room.

Close to Hamburg HBF.

This hotel is only 150m from the main station. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to leave my luggage with them prior to my room being available. Perfect for a solo traveler who just needs a bed for the night.

For budget minded people this is an amazing location. Clean very convenient location. Staff most welcoming experience in many years of travel (did not catch the mans name) I slept 13 hours in a modest but clean room. They offered breakfast for €12 yet not pushy. Outside has the usual issies of being near a main station with drugs / homeless however alot of security/ people passing bye for no real concern. Ill be back next time in town. Thanks for a great rest

I stayed here for Ironman Hamburg. The prices were lower than elsewhere and the location was convenient. The hotel and room are basic and the area outside isn’t the most inviting BUT it is very clean and well kept inside and the staff do everything to make you feel at home. It was a little hot in my room so I asked for a fan and it was provided. Overall a simple but clean and functional stay. Thank you!

Worth it?

On a budget you get what you pay for, although this felt like somewhat overpriced. Only great things was the service at the front desk and the location close to the main railway station and S and U Bahn. Otherwise the room was tiny, and outdated.

Excelent location for using the main train station. Quiet despite a busy neighborhood. Lots of fast food options nearby. Plenty of opportunities for souvenir shopping. Small (tiny) elevator from street level to reception on 1, and then stops midway between floors for access to room, requiring 10 steps. Room 36 was very small with little floor space or storing stuff out of a suitcase. No AC, but floor fan provided (this was during one of the heat spells of 2026.) Tap water in the evenings always ran hot when trying to get drinking water.
