Staff very friendly and helpful,room cleaned towel changed when requested . Location excellent Lidl opposite hotel ,turn left out of hotel to high street alots of shops underground station and bus station. Made our stay worthwhile .

Kleinhuis Hotel Mellingburger Schleuse
We got a room with a fold out couch for our family of 4. The kids’ bed was comfortable! The indoor pool looked like the pictures, and dinner in the hotel restaurant was delicious.

The Cloud One Hamburg - Kontorhaus
Only ok honestly. The staff were exceptional and the front of house and bar area stunning. But the room was extremely basic for the price paid although the location definitely reflects the price paid.
