"Bathroom door was broken and unable to close properly. Door between hallway and room was broken and woukd be flimsy while opening and closing. Beds were hard and springy. Extremely uncomfortable. "Daily house keeping" consisted of towel replacements and a few water bottles daily. Had to tell staff on mulitple occasions to take away the garbage. Walls were very thin and can hear units next to us. "

"It was two day short trip for golf. Overall condition is okay the ocean view was terrific. A few room condition need to be improved. TV screen was too dark to watch (they offered room change but decided not to.. it was too cumbersome since we all ready to sleep.) and consent outlet is located far from the beds and too few."

"前回、知り合いが予約してくれたホテルでした。バルコニーからの眺めが素晴らしかったので今回もお世話になりましたが、前回はあったバスタブが無くなり、シャワーだけになっていました。トイレとの仕切りが長さがないので、シャワーをすると洗面所が水浸しになります。初日ちはシャンプー等を置く所がなかったけど、2日目には観光から戻るといつの間にか置き場が作られていました。お茶も初日にはなかったので、隣のセブンイレブン(2年前にはなかった)に行って買ってきましたが2日目にはteapackが置いてありました。コンビニが近くに3軒あって便利です。フロントの方はそれなりの対応でした。"
