It was good value for a family of 6. We loved the facilities; tennis, restaurant and swimming pool. The reception staff were super friendly. We really appreciated the restaurant processing our dinner order ahead of a large group.

From the outside, the motel complex may seem a little stark and outdated but the rooms, the amenities, the kindness of the staff, and breakfast buffet are first class. At the last minute we requested a family room, larger than the room we had reserved. They were so quick to check and gave us a reduced rate for this extra room. The grandkids loved the pool and their stay. Would highly recommend.

Room was spotless and staff at reception was very welcoming. Bar and Restaurant staff were also very welcoming big smiles all around. Pool area was clean and enjoyed a nice swim. Food was great. Loved the bathroom and shower very clean. Definitely will return soon.

We booked to stay last minute after our flight was cancelled. My 14 month old was tired and grizzly and we needed somewhere quiet and close quickly. The staff at reception were soo helpful and understanding. Our room was more than enough and for a hotel right next to the airport, was very quiet! Breakfast the next morning at the restaurant was delicious, my daughter devoured their pancakes and hash browns. 100% would recommend and definitely will be staying again :)

At the hotel for a conference. The room was very good, comfortable and quiet, however, food service was poor. Except for lunch on day 1, all conference meals, including the conference dinner, were late. Also breakfast was often delayed with food having run out at the buffet with noticeable waits. It appears that there was a lack of organisation and staff. Disappointing for an otherwise excellent venue

Working/staying at the airport

Was a convenient location for a business trip at the airport for 8 days. Was quite a way from town so needed a car or taxi for transport. Otherwise a nice stay with nice restaurant and friendly staff.
