"Second time staying here. I book it because of the large rooms, breakfast and convenience and safe area. The first visit there was a few strands of hair in the bathroom. This time, there was hair all throughout the room, the towels had hair, the and the floors were dirty. Upon calling the front desk and asking for housekeeping, was told they left at 3pm and no one was available. Had to tidy the room myself! Upon checkout there was no one at the desk to talk to; was just told by housekeeping that I could just leave my keys in a container. Highly disappointed at the level of uncleanliness; especially having young children with me. "

"We stopped here on our way home from Florida, beds were super comfy, and breakfast in the morning was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had in a very long time. Also a lot of places nearby to eat, get coffee, etc. "

"The experience was excellent. From check in to check out, the service was excellent. The front desk workers were so kind and helpful. Gave excellent dinner choices and was just all around friendly. The breakfast options and area were very nice. There was plenty of food being brought out all the way up to time to closing time. The rooms were clean and spacious."

"Breakfast was okay. Place was super busy. I was told to let you know from the front desk that there was no TV the entire stay. The whole 4th floor was out. They said you should do some type of refund for the inconvenience. They couldn’t do it cause of the 3rd party."
