Its a good place to stay for a couple of nights. I really loved the staff. They were so friendly! The room was not the cleanest to be honest. The beakfast was basic but good and also the staff there was soo friendly!

Bastante bien pero algo viejo

El hotel estaba limpio y confortable, las camas muy bien. Pero algo deteriorado, pequeños desconchones en la pared o falta de mantenimiento en el baño, por ejemplo los espejos tenían los bordes gastados, viejo. Lo compensaba, el personal, muy amable y la piscina que era cómoda. Ambiente muy familiar.

A jem in the heart of the Old City

Difficult to find but well worth it. Clean, authentic Medina house, great roof terrace, pretty good breakfast, charming staff.

Hôtel vraiment très bien, le personnel est très accueillant dans son ensemble, notamment Kays toujours prêt à nous servir au moment du déjeuner, les plats sont succulents (Merci à la cuisinière)Juste un petit regret le manque d'un petit frigo dans la chambre pour pouvoir garder les boissons au frais. Mais globalement un super hôtel, avec 2 piscines et un environnement très jolie. Encore un grand merci au gérant de l'hôtel et à tout le personnel.

C’est un hôtel ancien petit la chambre était bien la salle de bain affreuse. Un vieux climatiseur. L’hôtel est propre au niveau des chambres et des couloirs. La nourriture bonne. L’accueil parfaite. J’ai réservé 2 jours mais nous sommes restés qu’une seule nuit il n’y a rien à faire .

Globalement satisfait

Globalement satisfaisant ! Resto éco-responsable à la carte évitant le gaspillage des buffets à volonté mais service lent. Chambres propres mais trop de bruit venant de la rue, qui est une axe principale de Hammamet. Personnel accueillant et chaleureux. Parking à disposition. Je recommande.

Lovely place with great Staff.

Our stay was excellent, Kays, looked after us as if we were family. On stepping in till leaving 3 days later,I could not fault the staff especially Kays. We ate in the restaurant the first night,food was very good,as good as anything else we had eaten in Tunisa in the past month. Breakfast was your basic buffet affair,with all the usual things,boiled eggs,meats,cheeses etc and plenty of it. Quality of the coffee was also really good. Also the shower took a minute to warm up but when it did it would go as warm as you like with plenty of pressure.

La struttura in sé la valuto buona per l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La colazione è scadente, veramente un peccato perché il cibo in Tunisia è veramente ottimo. Inoltre mi è stato fatto pagare per portare io stessa la colazione in camera, così come ogni sera ho dovuto pagare per poter usare l'asciuga capelli (i prezzi non sono esposti da nessuna parte, tantomeno quelli delle attività offerte dalla struttura stessa). Capisco il contrattare nei mercati delle città, ma in uno hotel non mi aspetto questo! Non consiglio il cambio dei soldi in Hotel, è più conveniente in aeroporto o nelle banche.

The room was without AC for the same same prince as standard room. No towels in the room . Just got 1 later in the night . Uncomfortable bed. Wrong check out time . I asked to leave at 12 where it is claimed in the booking that the checkout is at 12 30. Personal could not provide any solution or help. Not a good experience overall.
