“Overall the room is nice and comfortable. However, the check in process didn’t go that great. I had to wait 30 minutes to check in because the room wasn’t ready. Then when I finally made it in, the toilet wasn’t working and it was the only suite available, so they sent someone up to fix it. The next morning the house keeper came at 1100 and said we were checked out but I was scheduled for late check out at noon. It was just too much happening. The manager was helpful and provided great service...
