โWhat made our experience exceptional was the excellent service received from all staff starting at the reception (especially from Ms. Fiona, Ms. Nancy and Mr. Scott), the dedicated bell boys and cleaning staff, and the friendly staff in the restaurant. โGreat stay with friendly staff. Not a far car ride to Universal - which was why we went there. But if you are trying to go into the city, it is a little out of the way. We enjoyed how quiet it was and close to what we were wanting to do. โ
