โOur fourth time in Glenwood and first time stay at Best Western. We loved our stay. Only complaint was the service with the cleaning people. Pool was great, breakfast was great. loved the kids park they have on siteโ
โAs the title says, I love the central location near many of the attractions. The staff was great even though there was a booking error that wasn't their fault. I have been coming here for years and will not stay in another place.โ
โThere are Beautiful flower gardens on the property. It is proximal to all the tours/activities Glenwood has to offer, but not too close. It was a quiet place to stay. Our suite was very clean. Housekeeping tidied our room and made our beds everyday. (Loved that - lots of motels/hotels donโt do that anymore) The grounds were clean as well. โ
โGood stay, the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, weekend breakfast choices were good. Great location to the hot springs. My only critique is the outside area by the pool was a bit messy. But a good stay all around โ
โThe only down fall was that the hotels pool was unable due to maintenance (painting). Also, they only have one washer and one dryer (we were their for a baseball tournament). The staff members were nice and did help as much as they could.โ
โA very clean and pleasant place to stay. The addition of a water park is a major bonus, especially for families traveling with kids. Everything is within walking distance and feels safe.โ
โKind of a bummer not to have an elevator. Signage to find the lobby and breakfast area in the hallways would be helpful.
Beds were comfy and room was nice and clean. Breakfast was great and pretty flowers to enjoy on the breakfast room patio. โ
