Terrible and over priced

Terrible hotel. Massively over priced, no in-room coffee/drinks, no iron, air con not working, and so noisy. Worst of all they trebled the price due to Hannover Messe.

I go to Hannover every October for a show, and I always stay in this hotel. This is not a big hotel but clean & quiet so I liked this hotel. I checked in to the hotel on Oct 10, 2023, they gave me a smaller room this time, I walked in the room, it smells a little, just liked the room was vacant for long time, I looked at the waste bin, it still had some garbage left from the last guest. I feel disappointed this time !

Schönes Hotel, sehr nettes Personal, fabelhaftes Frühstück. Leichte Schwächen im Zimmer: Kein Kleiderschrank.Kein separates Badezimmer. Waschbecken im Zimmer, Toilette (winzig) und Dusche teilen sich eine Schiebetür. WC Papierspender ist hinter dem WC angebracht. Erfordert akrobatische Begabung.

Der braune Hochflorfußboden war heftig, Hygieneaspekte sollte man dabei nicht so genau bedenken. Das Frühstück war großartig, die Zimmer ruhig und das Personal sehr nett. Die Lage war ebenfalls hervorrragend. Ich würde das nächste Mal um ein anderes Zimmer bitten, für die Ausstattung war es zu teuer und entsprach nicht den Fotos.

Zimmer roch nach Fäkalien, der Abfluss war offenbar undicht. Lüften brachte nichts, außerdem war die Heizung nur lauwarm. Parkplätze konnten nicht reserviert werden.

War alles super alle sehr freundlich das Frühstück lasst keinen Wunsch offen. Außer die Kissen die könnten sie mal wechseln da liegt man auf der Matratze , als auf dem Kissen .
